When you place a pre-order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store card numbers on our servers.
We use your information solely to fulfill your order: to charge your card, ship your sweatshirt, and send you transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping tracking, and shipping timeline updates). We do not sell your information to third parties.
Stripe (payment processing) and our shipping carrier receive the information necessary to process and deliver your order. No other parties receive your personal data.
By placing an order you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order. We will not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
We retain order records for the period required by law and as needed to fulfill and support your purchase. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.
