All purchases are pre-orders. Your card is charged in full at the time of purchase. By completing checkout you confirm you understand this is a pre-order and that the product is not yet in stock.
Current estimated ship window is August–September 2026. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will email you when a firm ship date is confirmed and again when your order ships with tracking information.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we issue store credit equal to the purchase amount. Once your order has shipped, standard return policies apply — contact us within 14 days of delivery for exchanges or issues.
Orders of 2 or more items ship free. Single-item orders are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. We ship to US addresses only. Shipping carrier and tracking will be provided by email when your order ships.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to materials or fit specs if required by production. Any material changes will be communicated by email before fulfillment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Rosa, CA.
